I think the perfect date would consist of a few things. which helps for close relationship ..
1) A romantic and peaceful place for dinner or lunch.
2)if the weather permits, camping next to a campfire to make love your significant other.
3)Going on a long drive and finding a romantic hotel. Instead of making love, cuddling and talking.
4) A good romantic movie, for ladies something funny or good
5)Going to another state--a place neither of you have been--and explore together...
